Amanda Milan is a Vice President of Strategic Markets at Oak Street Funding, where she focuses on delivering financing solutions for insurance agencies, including acquisitions, perpetuation, debt consolidation, working capital, and producer loans. She brings more than 10 years of lending and banking experience to her role, along with a strong commitment to client-centered service. Prior to joining Oak Street, Amanda served as a Community Home Lending Advisor with J.P. Morgan Chase, where she specialized in supporting low to moderate income communities across multiple counties. In that role, she provided homebuyer education, led financial literacy courses, and worked closely with individuals and families to help them achieve sustainable homeownership. She was also actively involved in volunteer and community outreach initiatives, including partnerships with House 330 through the LeBron James Family Foundation, focused on expanding access to resources and promoting long-term financial success.

Amanda lives in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio with her husband, and outside of work she enjoys snowboarding, attending concerts, and traveling
