Jay Douglas brings to Oak Street Funding more than 15 years of experience in financial services, business development, and lending. As a trusted advisor to business owners and financial professionals, Jay’s diverse background enables him to deliver customized solutions that help clients acquire, grow, and strengthen their businesses. At Oak Street Funding, Jay provides financing solutions for RIA, Insurance and CPA businesses— specializing in acquisitions, partner buy-ins, working capital, and debt consolidation. His deep understanding of practice management and business growth strategies allows him to structure loans that align with his clients’ short and long-term goals.

Prior to joining Oak Street, Jay worked in business development and relationship management for Capital Group | American Funds and Northwestern Mutual. He has also founded and operated entrepreneurial ventures. He lives in Indianapolis, IN, with his wife and daughter.
