Kathy Yeary brings to Oak Street Funding 30+ years of insurance, financial, and banking experience providing specialized portfolio management to business owners. Kathy has in-depth knowledge in portfolio management and customer service with insurance, Buy-Here Pay Here, CPA, RIA, and Quick Service. Kathy and her team collaborate with customers to ensure loans are funded quickly, any questions are answered on loan documents, their loan is in compliance, and her and her team are available to help through the life of the loan.

Before joining Oak Street, Kathy was vice president of TWG and Conseco in Indianapolis. At TWG and Conseco, Kathy was a subject matter expert in insurance purchase and finance and worked directly with business owners. Kathy and her husband currently live in Tipton, IN and have a daughter and son-in-law.
