Rick Dennen, Founder & CEO, a CPA and former Deloitte Senior Manager, holds BS in Accounting and MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He teaches venture capital and entrepreneurial finance at Kelley and is a sought-after speaker on startups, capital options, and succession planning.

Alicia Chandler is the president of Oak Street Funding, a First Financial Bank Company. Prior to becoming president, Alicia served as Chief Counsel for Oak Street Funding for 11 years. She frequently speaks at conferences and on podcasts and webinars on capital options for the RIA, CPA, and Insurance industries.

Dave Christman, Chief Information Officer, designed and built Oak Street's proprietary technology platform, BRIDGE. Dave manages all aspects of IT - from support to custom software development and data analysis for Oak Street Funding.

Kathy Yeary oversees customer service, compliance and human resources for Oak Street Funding. Her efforts help ensure successful portfolio performance and customer satisfaction. In 20-plus years she has worked in finance, marketing, operations and human relations for insurance and financial service companies.

Rob Roach oversees all underwriting efforts at Oak Street Funding. Rob has a Bachelor's degree focused in Finance from Butler University and a Master of Science in Risk and Insurance degree from Butler University. He also serves on Butler's career mentor team, working one-on-one with undergraduates to help them find their passion and reach their potential.

Jonica Drake oversees the Marketing and Lead Development departments at Oak Street Funding. Jonica has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Marian University.

Gareth Griffiths serves as Director of Sales and Strategy at Oak Street Funding, bringing 25 years of international banking experience. His professional journey has taken him across the globe, having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the United States on both the East and West Coasts. Now newly relocated to the Midwest, Gareth is proud to be a first-generation American, bringing a unique global perspective to Oak Street Funding.
