Rick Dennen had the idea for Oak Street Funding in 2003 to provide financing for an underserved sector. What started as a concept on the back of a napkin has grown into a company with over $1B in assets.
Originally focused on filling the need for cash-flow based lending in the insurance industry, Oak Street Funding has grown to support 4+ verticals: insurance businesses, investment advisors, certified public accountants (CPAs), buy-here pay-here dealerships, as well as third-party servicing for commercial, specialty financing portfolios.
